Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Technician, key role is to do maintenance and repair work, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of coffee machines and equipment.
Job Description
- Installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of coffee machines, brewers, grinders, and other supportive equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to address technical problems and find solutions.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Service the In-house equipment as soon as it is back in the office.
- Upkeep of all the in-house Equipment, spare parts inventory and technical warehouse.
- Supporting the Technical Department in improvement initiatives and projects.
- Direct Communication with External Partners & customers.
- Daily cooperation with other sub-departments such as Sales, Trade Assets, Spare Parts, WH etc.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence related to technical inquiries or customer support.
Requirement
- Technical Certificate / Nitec / ITE or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a technician for equipment.
- Technical experience in coffee machines will be considered as a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals and schematics.
- Knowledge of electrical systems and controls.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift License is an advantage.
- Driving License / Motorbike is a must.
