Service Technician (In office and onsite)

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Technician who can thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing all our products to ensure maximum functionality and safety. If you are someone who has a passion for customer service and draws satisfaction from problem solving to product restoration through troubleshooting, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide service, technical support, including preventive maintenance and calibration in-house and onsite, for all products supplied by the company.

• Manage service records and inventory.

• Communicate with customers on all technical issues and support, including industrial audiometry matters, both in-house and onsite.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Training would be provided, any prior work experience in hearing devices or electronics components or similar fields would be a bonus.

• At least 3 O Level credits with a pass in English.

• Minimum Class 3 driving license needed. At least 3 years of driving experience is preferred.
