Service Technician (Immediate)

Company Overview

Puricare Pte Ltd, established in 2007, pioneers in water dispenser distribution and supply for offices, factories, schools, hospitals, and residences. We provide project and contract management with skilled technical support for repair, service, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Daily field job to perform regular maintenance and servicing
• Diagnose faults and repair water dispenser equipment to restore full functionality
• Install, test, and commission new water dispenser systems at customer locations
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain technical problems and recommended solutions
• Manage time independently to complete assigned jobs to meet deadlines
• Follow standard procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality work at all sites
• Continuously acquire new technical skills to improve job performance

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Nitec certification in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in repair and general field service roles
• Possession of Class 3 or 2 driving license and ownership of a motorbike (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
• Willingness to learn new skills and engage proactively with customers
• Fresh entry who are willing to learn are welcome
