Job Summary
You will maintain and repair fitness equipment, assemble and dismantle machines, manage warranty claims and parts ordering, and deliver excellent customer service to support the company's fitness solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular servicing and maintenance of fitness equipment to ensure optimal functionality
- Diagnose and repair faults in fitness equipment to minimize downtime
- Assemble and dismantle fitness machines efficiently for installation or relocation
- Manage warranty claims and coordinate parts ordering to support timely repairs
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and service
- Demonstrate initiative and a willingness to learn new technical skills and procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum Nitec or Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Knowledge or experience in electronics and electrical systems related to fitness equipment
- 1-2 years of work experience experience in the fitness industry is an advantage
- Possession of Class 2B and/or Class 3 driving licence and own transport is preferred

- $2550-$2950 (Basic Salary + Monthly transportation allowance + Incentive)
