Service Technician (Electrical/ Mechanical)

Responsibilities:

• Carry out Production, Service, Repair, Installation, FAT, Field Construction, Plant Commissioning, Sea trials, and Inspection of Customer Supplied Product.

• Ability to maintain good project documentation and is familiar with ISO documentation requirements such as Job Safety Analysis, Work Method Statement and Permit to Work Application requirements and procedures.

• Requisition Key equipment and materials.

• Liaise with customer on the installation requirements such as hot work, welding, carpentry work and running of cabling.

• Inform Managers of additional requirements from customer.

• Ensure that jobs are carried out to meet acceptance criteria as per technical / installation manual.

• Assist in preparing the design, drawing, and documents for Customer's technical requirements.

• Assist in developing a complete field support process covering all products.

• Identify and record quality problem related to product or service.

• Carry out responsibility of equipment owner in the handling and usage of inspection, measuring, and test equipment.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Managers and Engineers.

Requirements:

• ITE or Diploma in Electronics/ Communication/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering with 2-3 years of relevant working experiences.

• Technical Skills in servicing, installing, and inspecting tele-commutation products.
