Job Summary

You will install, maintain, and repair printing devices while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. You will also train users, manage equipment readiness, deliver consumables, and provide excellent customer service to support client operations.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Multi-Function Printers (MFPs), laser printers, and related IT peripherals to ensure optimal device performance
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and printing issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Configure printer drivers, scan-to-folder, scan-to-email, and network printing functions to meet customer requirements
• Conduct user training on equipment operation and basic maintenance to enhance customer self-sufficiency
• Maintain, test, and prepare warehouse machines for deployment to ensure readiness
• Deliver consumables, spare parts, or equipment as needed to support service operations
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain detailed service documentation for accountability
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships to foster customer satisfaction and loyalty

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess own transport (car or bike) to travel to customer sites as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years servicing experience with Konica Minolta, Lexmark, or Xerox copiers/printers
• Experience installing printer drivers and configuring scan-to-folder/network scanning functions
• Strong troubleshooting skills in network printing environments
• Experience conducting user training and customer demonstrations
• Experience leading, mentoring, or training a team of service engineers
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple service calls efficiently
• Availability to start on short notice
