Responsibilities
The Service Technician will assist the Technical Service Supervisor to provide quality service repairs, installations and preventative maintenance for our customers which includes:
- Service & overhaul coffee machine and equipment
- Attend to retail machines
- Re-furbish used machine.
- Received goods / machine and arrange neatly in the warehouse.
- Answer / Receive phone calls when necessary.
- Assist Manager / Supervisor for the daily operation.
Requirements
- Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical Fitting and Installation or any related field
- Preferrably with 1-year working experience in technical service.
- Candidates with experience is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Familiar with using MS office.
