Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product failures in a timely and professional manner
- Provide after-sales technical support, troubleshooting, and on-site service to distributors and end customers
- Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training in accordance with project scope
- Review and support the processing of warranty claims from a technical perspective
- Provide standby support for customer assistance
- Support a wide range of diesel generator sets, from small to large capacity, including service and technical training
- Conduct technical training for distributors and dealers to enhance service and troubleshooting capabilities
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized technical and training documentation
- Work closely with key customers to ensure issues are followed through until full resolution
- Provide technical assistance during factory testing for special projects
- Investigate root causes of technical failures and recommend corrective actions
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical service, after-sales support, or related roles
- Strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation products
- Prior experience with diesel engines such as MHI, MTU, John Deere, or Volvo is an added advantage
