Job Summary
You will perform on-site service and repair of batteries and chargers, provide technical support, manage delivery logistics, and maintain batteries following company SOPs to ensure reliable equipment operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform service and repair work on batteries and chargers at customer sites to restore equipment functionality
- Provide on-site technical assistance to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly
- Manage the delivery process of batteries and chargers, ensuring timely and accurate distribution
- Prepare and maintain Motive Power batteries according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Pack, load, and deliver batteries and chargers according to scheduled timelines
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet delivery and service schedules consistently
- Maintain simple inventory records to support service and delivery operations
- Adhere strictly to company SOPs to ensure safety and quality standards
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude by seeking guidance and continuously learning on the job
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a Class 3 driving license to operate company vehicles for delivery and service tasks
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold a forklift license to assist with loading and unloading operations
- Have 1-2 years of relevant work experience in battery or equipment servicing
- Completed at least O Level education or equivalent
- Preferably specialized in Engineering or related technical fields
Other Information
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0830hrs to 1700hrs
- Work Location: Tuas Ave 1 (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
The candidate may drive the company lorry home within Singapore. The company covers seasonal parking and petrol expenses.
