Principal Accountabilities
Key activities will include to:
- Create, review, maintain and revise internal specifications (B.O.M./ End-Item specification) against customers approved specification and ensure zero error prior release to production
- Managing the BOM by order quantity after aligned with Finance, CE, Production, and Planner for business support.
- Create, review, maintain and amend Alchemist in QAD
- Support in troubleshooting tooling, process &specification related issues in a customer complaint investigation
- Review and revise internal production specificationsagainst customers specifications for any new /amendment artwork change
- To communicate with Customer Service team / customersand able to clarify and interpret the new artwork requirements and instructions
- To communicate with graphic designer vendor tofabricate printing plates for any new / amendment artwork change
- To prepare Colour Standard for customer approval for any new / amendment artwork change
- To develop &improvising prepress process flow & SOP.
- To provide and update documents required by customers
- Provide technical support Flexographic printing andslitting related issues
- To buy off new artwork first production run togetherwith Production and Quality
- Able to travel to AFM for on-site support
- Any other tasks as assigned by the company
Other Duties:
- Participate in stock take and other company'sactivities
- Attend training
- Act towards ad hoc duties.
- Support in customer / ISO audit and other task related between SEA Healthcare for business related.
Qualifications/Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role in the packaging industry
Education and Certifications
- Minimum Degree in Engineering/ Technical/ Printing Technology/ Polymer Science related
