Service Technician

The Service Technician is responsible for the technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of AXS Stations to ensure smooth operation, high service standards, and efficient issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site servicing, troubleshooting, and periodic preventive maintenance for AXS Stations to ensure they remain in good working condition.

• Perform Level 1 servicing, repair, testing, and maintenance of AXS Station components and parts to support the AXS Station network.

• Manage parts and equipment inventory, including tracking of serviceable and faulty components and supporting the disposal process for faulty equipment.

• Perform assembly, setup and quality control (QC) of AXS Stations.

• Support the installation, decommissioning, and relocation of AXS Stations, including coordination and liaison with contractors for related works.

• Provide remote technical support for component related issues, including basic diagnostics and troubleshooting.

• Provide technical and operational support for AXS Station projects and other related activities as required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma or NITEC / Higher NITEC in Computer / Electronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering or a related field, or minimally GCE N/O Level

• Technical knowledge and experience in network and hardware troubleshooting is an advantage

• Basic electrical circuit fundamentals & PC Skills

• Orientated towards a high level of customer satisfaction

• Be comfortable working on a rotating shift basis

• Have a valid Class 2B license (possess own motorcycle)
