Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site maintenance and technical support for audiovisual equipment at client locations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional and responsive service
- Work closely with the service team to continuously improve service standards and processes
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in servicing and repairing TVs or audio-visual systems
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (required for outdoor technician roles)
- On-the-job training will be provided
- Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
