Job Summary
You will deliver and install kitchen equipment, provide training on equipment use and maintenance, and perform servicing and repairs to ensure customer satisfaction and equipment reliability.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and install kitchen equipment accurately and safely at customer locations
- Provide clear training to customers on equipment usage and general maintenance after installation
- Respond to service calls by troubleshooting equipment issues over the phone to assist customers promptly
- Perform on-site servicing and general cleaning of equipment at customer sites to maintain functionality
- Repair equipment collected from customer sites to restore proper operation
- Conduct periodic maintenance on showroom equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to support efficient operations
- Support events and exhibitions by assisting with setup and related tasks as needed
- Complete ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Possess a valid Class 3 Driving License to perform delivery and installation duties safely
- Ability to write and speak simple English to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge of electrical wiring and mechanical works to support troubleshooting and repair tasks
- Willingness to learn through product training provided by the company
