We are looking for a proactive and organised Service Support Executive / Administrative Support Assistant to join our growing team in Singapore.
In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our after-sales service operations, coordinating service activities, managing spare parts orders, and assisting customers with service enquiries, and performing administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities
. Handle after-sales service customer enquiries via email and phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
. Prepare quotations and service proposals for customers in the Singapore market.
. Process after-sales service orders and invoicing, including spare parts, technical services, and warranty claims.
. Coordinate daily service schedules with the technical service team.
. Maintain proper documentation, including scanning service reports, delivery notes, and filing related documents into the system.
. Work closely with the supply chain team to manage warehouse inventory, including incoming and outgoing stock deliveries and stock movement control.
. Assist with the physical organisation and arrangement of inventory in the warehouse when required.
. Manage and update item information in the ERP system, including price lists and customer asset records.
. Prepare monthly reports related to after-sales service activities.
. Provide general administrative support and perform other related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
. Minimum Diploma or a related field.
. Prior experience in after-sales service support or customer service will be an advantage.
. Experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
. Proficiency in spoken and written English.
. Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
. Customer-oriented, responsible, and result-driven.
. Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
. Good time management with the ability to meet deadlines.

Salary
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
