Job Summary

As a Service Supervisor, you will manage daily outlet operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance while driving sales and controlling costs to achieve business goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
• Drive sales growth and control operational costs within budget to meet business targets
• Maintain work standards aligned with Quality, Service, Ambience & Value guidelines
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and all relevant statutory requirements
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively to maximize customer engagement
• Complete daily administrative tasks and prepare monthly inventory reports accurately and on time
• Oversee food supply management to prevent operational disruptions
• Lead staff management including discipline and training new employees on routine duties
