Service Supervisor

• Guide the Flow: Take charge of daily floor operations. Act as the bridge between the kitchen and the front of house to ensure every course lands on time and service runs smooth.

• Set the Standard: Be the visible leader on the floor. Show the team what great service looks like by maintaining a spotless, organized, and welcoming space.

• Uplift the Team: Mentor servers and junior staff. We believe in promoting from within, so we count on you to coach others and build a culture where people actually want to work.

• Solve with Grace: Spot service issues before they become problems. Handle the unexpected with a cool head, always putting the guest experience first.

Who You Are

You have 1 to 2 years of experience in a busy, full-service restaurant.

You stay calm when things get hectic and communicate clearly under pressure.

You genuinely care about helping others improve and take pride in running a tight shift.
