We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives. This role requires strong ERP system knowledge (JDE) and a solid understanding of order management and supply chain processes.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, and customer relationship management while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and high service standards.
Supervise and guide a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives.
Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in the ERP (JDE) system.
Obtain and verify customer information, billing details, product numbers, and purchase specifications.
Handle customer enquiries including product availability, maintenance matters, and order status updates.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on Sales Orders (SO) and coordinate shipment arrangements according to agreed terms.
Monitor inventory using ABC classification methodology.
Ensure high On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance while minimizing shortages, excess & obsolete (E&O) stock, Days of Holding (DOH), and Inventory Turnover (ITO) risks.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely invoicing.
Proactively monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays.
Generate structured reports and analyse order data from the ERP system to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Handle regional customer accounts.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
5-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain operations.
