Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives. This role requires strong ERP system knowledge (JDE) and a solid understanding of order management and supply chain processes.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, and customer relationship management while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure operational excellence and high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of 4 Customer Service Representatives.

  • Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in the ERP (JDE) system.

  • Obtain and verify customer information, billing details, product numbers, and purchase specifications.

  • Handle customer enquiries including product availability, maintenance matters, and order status updates.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.

  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) based on Sales Orders (SO) and coordinate shipment arrangements according to agreed terms.

  • Monitor inventory using ABC classification methodology.

  • Ensure high On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance while minimizing shortages, excess & obsolete (E&O) stock, Days of Holding (DOH), and Inventory Turnover (ITO) risks.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests.

  • Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and timely invoicing.

  • Proactively monitor order status and resolve discrepancies or delays.

  • Generate structured reports and analyse order data from the ERP system to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Handle regional customer accounts.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in Customer Service and/or Supply Chain operations.
