- Possess min NTC, NITEC or Technical Trade Certificate
- Preferably with class 2 or 3 driving licence
- Greet customers/drivers professionally and courtesy
- Listen to customer/driver concerns and accurately document vehicle issues in the job card. Open and close job cards/repair orders in the system
- Handle accident repairs and claims
- Provide accurate time and cost estimates for servide jobs
- Handle customer/driver complaints or issues
- Liaise between workshop and customers to communicate technical information
