• Accurately took food and beverage orders and entered them into the POS system in a timely manner.

• Served food and beverages efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.

• Maintained cleanliness and readiness of tables, dining areas, and workstations in accordance with hygiene standards.

• Addressed guest inquiries and provided menu recommendations to enhance the overall dining experience.

• Coordinated closely with kitchen and service teams, and assisted with opening, closing, and operational duties as assigned.
