Service Sales Manager (ELECTRIC MOTORS & GENERATORS)

We are seeking for a Service Sales Manager/Engineer specializing in electric motors and generators, detailing responsibilities such as preparing quotations, attending site visits, and developing market opportunities, along with requirements including a degree or diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or relevant working experience in Jurong Island or relevant working experience in the Marine Industry and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the operations team to prepare quotations for the refurbishment of electric motors and generators.
• Attend site visits and prepare proposals for plant shutdown maintenance service work.
• Drive business development efforts focused on Jurong Island and the Marine Industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to identify and grow service opportunities.
• Undergo structured training to understand company offerings and technical requirements.

Requirements

Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
• 3-5 years experience in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to interpret service requirements and propose solutions.
• Able to work independently and self-motivated.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.

Preferred:

• Hands-on or sales experience with electric motors, generators, or motor manufacturers.
• Prior experience working in Jurong Island or the Marine Industry.
• Ownership of a personal vehicle.
