Build strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers for IBMS/BMS/ELV/Security Systems in local market.
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure that all of their needs are understood and addressed.
Collaborate with various internal departments and consultants to ensure that they fulfil all customer requests and focus on improving the customers experience.
Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client's desires.
Build and strengthen the relationship with M&E consultants, contractors and developers.
Collect and analyze data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs to ensure the KPIs are met.
Prepare quotations, tender compliances and marketing proposals.
Demonstrable ability to thrive in a targeted, sales environment.
Follow up and regular visit to key clients/consultants.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply.
3 to 5 years working experience in related industry.
Good technical knowledge of IBMS/BMS/ELV/Security Systems
Able to build and maintain good rapport with all internal and external stake holders including clients, M&E consultants, contractors, developers and team members.
Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
Professional experience in a sales or customer service role.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical experience in related industry.
