We are expanding and seeking an experienced, driven, and client-focused Service Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Role Summary
As a Service Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding key enterprise accounts. This includes developing long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs, and positioning Vallous's solutions-including power systems, UPS services, and IT infrastructure solutions-to meet those needs.
You will play a critical role in customer retention, revenue generation, and the execution of strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow assigned existing clients accounts across all verticals.
Develop strategic account plans and customer roadmaps to ensure long-term satisfaction and business expansion.
Identify and close opportunities for product and service offerings, including UPS systems, IT infrastructure, maintenance renewals, and modernization.
Act as the primary point of contact between Vallous and enterprise clients, providing pre-sales, post-sales support and project coordination where necessary.
Collaborate with technical team to prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFQs and RFPs.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, pipelines, and forecasts via CRM.
Requirements
Diploma in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience in the power systems, electrical, facilities, or IT networking equipment
Strong understanding of UPS systems, critical power solutions, or facility M&E services is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with a consultative, customer-first approach.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Results-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office tools.
