Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact, managing all account-related matters.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts and develop targeted action plans to grow and retain key customers.
- Identify customer needs and collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Proactively identify sales and service opportunities with both existing and new customers.
- Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal stakeholders and recommending effective solutions.
- Conduct regular service review meetings with customers and internal teams to address critical issues and ensure service excellence.
- Provide market and customer feedback, including competitive insights, customer expectations, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Min 3 years of experience in HVAC industry in Commercial air conditioning contract maintenance.
- Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage.
- Strong in analytics.
