What You'll Do
- Greet and engage every guest with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and walk-ins to ensure a smooth flow of service
- Coordinate seating to keep operations fair and organized
- Handle guest inquiries with confidence and clarity
- Communicate closely with the kitchen and service teams for seamless operations
- Support supervisors in daily front-of-house duties when needed
Who You Are
- Experienced: At least 1 year in a customer-facing role (hospitality, retail, or similar)
- Composed: Stays calm and professional during busy periods
- Collaborative: Works well with teammates and communicates clearly
- Detail-Oriented: Anticipates needs and solves problems efficiently
- Bonus: Familiarity with POS or reservation systems is a plus
