Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Able to lead and supervise a team of 2-4 Service Executives, ensuring smooth end-to-end service operations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and schedule service and maintenance activities in collaboration with field technicians, customers, and internal departments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for service requests, job updates, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Service Supervisors and Technicians in managing customer requirements.
  • Manage service work orders through systems including creation, tracking, and closure,
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of service activities, including reports, parts usage, time tracking, and billing.
  • Communicate proactively with customers on job progress, delays, and follow-up actions; handle feedback and service-related issues where required.
  • Coordinate inventory and spare parts to support service execution.
  • Monitor and track key service KPIs such as response time, completion rates, customer satisfaction, and technician utilization.
  • Drive operational improvements across field and workshop services to enhance lead time, quality, and efficiency.
  • Track, report, and improve performance metrics while supporting continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline and optimize operational workflows.
  • Assist with warranty processing and claims management as required.



Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline
  • 3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or technical coordination, preferably within industrial services, logistics, or heavy equipment industries
  • Familiarity with ERP or service management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce); knowledge of Qlik Sense or similar analytics tools is an advantage
  • Basic technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical equipment is a plus
