Role & Responsibilities
As part of our opening team, you will:
- Welcome and serve guests with warm, professional hospitality.
- Prepare and present Chinese teas (and light food accompaniments) to high standards.
- Share knowledge of tea varieties and guide guests through tasting experiences.
- Support day-to-day operations, including table service, retail sales, and event hosting.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin (spoken).
- A passion for hospitality and interest in Chinese tea culture.
- Prior experience in the tea industry, F&B, or hospitality is a plus.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic new concept environment.
