Job Description

  • Support the Service Manager to achieve business objectives.
  • Plan, organize, direct and schedule day to day operations based on sub department arrangement.
  • Able to generate quotation for parts sales.
  • Follow up with customer to close the order and ensure purchase order is receive prior to delivery.
  • Develop in depth knowledge of all products sold through the company.
  • Review and monitor RCA and incident report before sending out to client.
  • Review and monitor operating results and develop plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Provide leadership and direction to operational teams.
  • Address employee (Service) issues or grievances and maintain high level of motivation in the department.
  • Make plan and organize within sub department in all logistical matters.
  • Participate in routine planned maintenance and adhoc works (IC replacement, Overhaul etc.).
  • Provide 24x7 customer support through telephone and site attendance.
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship by visiting client on a timely basis.
  • Organize training for client or within service team.
