Job Responsibilities

Manage service operations for both contract and non-contract customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee fault reporting, repairs, installation, maintenance, and emergency response to meet standards and timelines.
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performanceservice team through regular meetings, site visits, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with customer guidelines, safety regulations, and internal SOPs.
Provide feedback to management and implement improvements for operational.

Job Requirements

Min Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related field.
At least 2 years experience in ACMV or facilities service operations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Customer-focused with good communication and service management abilities.
