We are partnering with a leading technology services provider to hire a Service Operations Associate (StackOps). This is an excellent opportunity for someone to build their career in platform operations and service delivery, working at the intersection of operations, engineering, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the StackOps platform, ensuring service stability, availability, and efficiency.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer requests, incidents, and service issues.
- Work closely with engineering teams and stakeholders to maintain service quality and uptime.
- Monitor risks to platform availability and escalate issues when necessary.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and methodologies, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for automation of routine and repetitive tasks.
- Provide support in resource planning and task allocation across operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in operations support, service delivery, or consulting/project coordination in a technology environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and an interest in platform operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with government projects, procurement, or governance processes will be an advantage.
