Responsibilities
. Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and services.
. Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client/server scripts.
. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and defects in a timely manner.
. Ensure adherence to platform governance and change management best practices.
. Support ServiceNow platform upgrades and patching.
. Develop technical documentation and user training materials.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
. 4+ years of hands-on development experience in ServiceNow.
. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, etc.
. Experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, and CSS.
. Familiarity with Agile and ITIL practices.
. Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP.
. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
