Job Description

  • Implementation & Configuration : lead end-to-end technical delivery, setup and hands-on configuration of ServiceNow CPQ and SOM modules
  • Product & Pricing Modules : Design and configure complex enterprise product catalogues bundling rules, pricing matrices, and advanced approval workflows
  • Integration support : Build and support robust integration between ServiceNow SOM/CPQ and external enterprise ecosystems (e.g. CRM, Billing systems) via integration Hub and APIs
  • Operation & Stabilization : Provide Tier2&3 technical support, handle system enhancements, troubleshooting post-implementation defects, and ensure platform health during the operation phase
