Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building
Lead a team of Technical Supervisors and field support technicians to provide on-site service contracts maintenance support
Develop and improve on the service qualities and technical competencies of service personnel with planning on training program so as to improve knowledge and individual skills competency
Ensure all commitments to customers are fulfilled and carried out within deadlines set
Ensure high level of service quality to all clients and provide timely, efficient and professional response to all client technical complaints and queries
Attend site showrounds for repair work and A&A jobs
Work out the price for tender / quotation submission
To prepare purchase requisition and purchase order
To source for external vendors for supplies and materials whenever needed
To attend meetings and liaise with Building Users to enhance user experience
To check on overtime claim before handing over to Accounts department
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 8 years relevant experience
ACMV, Electrical and Engineering experience
Good Interpersonal Skills and able to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people
