Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the building
  • Lead a team of Technical Supervisors and field support technicians to provide on-site service contracts maintenance support
  • Develop and improve on the service qualities and technical competencies of service personnel with planning on training program so as to improve knowledge and individual skills competency
  • Ensure all commitments to customers are fulfilled and carried out within deadlines set
  • Ensure high level of service quality to all clients and provide timely, efficient and professional response to all client technical complaints and queries
  • Attend site showrounds for repair work and A&A jobs
  • Work out the price for tender / quotation submission
  • To prepare purchase requisition and purchase order
  • To source for external vendors for supplies and materials whenever needed
  • To attend meetings and liaise with Building Users to enhance user experience
  • To check on overtime claim before handing over to Accounts department

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience
  • ACMV, Electrical and Engineering experience
  • Good Interpersonal Skills and able to develop good working relationships with a wide range of people
  • Customer and client management skills
