Job Description
Overseeing the daily operations of the Service Advisors and Customer Service Assistant to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Lead, mentor and train service advisors and staff to maintain service excellence and meet NPS score.
Monitor and drive financial performance, including service revenue, profitability, and cost efficiency.
Timely end day / month invoicing report to management
Work with workshop to deliver efficient and effective aftersales services
Able to spot trend of unusual performance of vehicles. Raise technical query to Technical Team when unusual trend on vehicles is spotted
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring a high level of service quality and loyalty
Test drive with customer if necessary
Perform other related tasks as assigned by After Sales Manager
Report to After Sales Manager - Head Of Technical Department
Must have passion to meet people and customer service oriented.
Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering or any Technical qualification
Valid Class 3 or 3A driving license (preferably Class 3)
Able to work with minimum supervision.
3-5 yrs automotive experience.
Computer Literate
Able to converse in at least one other non-English speaking languages.
