- Reporting to local director, you will provide customers with repair services onsite, alongside trouble shooting, maintenance, service and basic programming for company's products on scheduled or emergency basis.
- Respond to customer service issues by phone, electronic means as required.
- Diagnose, repair and maintain both systems and associated controllers.
- Complete detailed Field Service reports for all customer calls, document any services done in company database
- Maintain full visibility of stock including spare parts and update IT systems accordingly
- Detailed JD may be requested upon application
Requirements:
- Diploma in Engineering preferably electrical fields
- At least 5 years in Technical Service experience with own vehicle
- Experience in electrical/electronic and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance as well as repair and refurbishment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good soft skills of communication and problem solving
- Able to engage, liaise and network with all levels
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Monthly salary + AWS + Monthly allowances (transport, parking and handphone) + Variable Bonus.
- Mon - Fri (8:30am to 5:30pm)
