To be the first Service engineer in our new location in Singapore, we are looking for you as an Technical Engineer (Master Degree) with 2 years professional experience.

Your responsibilities:

Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and repair of Laserline diode lasers mainly for a semiconductor industry customer in Singapore with short response time
In addition support of other customers with occasional travel across the APAC region
Training on Laserline equipment on-site and off-site
Provide excellent remote support by phone and e-mail
Act as the primary local point of contact for customers, headquarters, and the local service provider
Documentation of performed services for invoicing and condition monitoring purposes
Act as company liaison to provide outstanding, courteous, timely, and skilled technical service to our customers
Ability to travel abroad, including overnight travel

Your profile:

Master's degree in electrical engineering or mechatronics with good to very good results
2 years professional experience in handling lasers, optics, electronics, semiconductor manufacturing technologies
Ability to read electrical schematics beneficial
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
High technical and analytical understanding
Customer orientation, communicate professionally and effectively with customers
Experience working in a manufacturing setting
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Driving license
Fluent in spoken and written English, knowledge of German is an advantage
