Responsibilities:
- Perform troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of Anritsu test and measurement equipment for both local and overseas customers and partners across South Asia and the APAC region.
- Provide technical service support to customers and channel partners.
- Carry out on-site calibration services at overseas customer locations, based on requests.
- Assist the Service Manager in managing inventory and procurement of spare parts required for service operations.
- Handle RMA processes for customer returns of faulty parts and equipment to the respective Divisions.
- Perform ISO/IEC 17025 calibrations within the lab's accredited scope.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Telecommunications, or Electronics Engineering.
- Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, electronics, or test and measurement industries.
- Familiarity with RF/Microwave, Wireless Communications, or Data/Optical Communications is a plus.
- Hands-on experience using electronic test instruments is advantageous.
Required Skills:
- A team player with strong communication skills, high motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Fresh graduates or those without prior experience but with the right attitude and technical interest will also be considered.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for service visits.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License required.
