Roles & Responsibility for Assistant Service Engineer / Service Engineers:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build customer's relationship and satisfaction.
- Dynamic and self-motivated individual who is independent and is able to work with a team
- Ability to maintain, troubleshoot and repair Building Management Control System & Laboratory control system
- Ensuring smooth operation and reliability of systems
- Supporting engineering tasks and site requirements
- To plan and carry out preventive & corrective maintenance work
- To plan, engineer, coordinate, implement and test service projects with sub-contractors and customers to deliver quality system.
- Strong technical knowledge on Building Monitoring & Control, HVAC Controls, Programming and IT knowledge
Qualifications & Experience :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates may also apply
- Required Skill(s): Proficient with use of MS Office, MS Project & Autocad. Knowledge of BIM is an added advantage
- Experience with Building Management System and good control philosophy is also added advantage
- Experience for GMP validation is an added advantage
