Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Tasks

• Responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing of our system and other machinery for clients.
• Project Management - Able to manageand projectdelivery to meet deadlines.
• Installation and Commissioning - Install and commission new equipment, systems, and software, ensuring they meet client specifications and are functioning correctly.
• Maintenance and Repair - Perform routine maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair or replace faulty components to minimize downtime and ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshooting - Identify and resolve technical problems, often working under time pressure to meet client deadlines.
• Provide technical support and training to customer, explaining and train customer to operate our systems and equipment .
• Site Visits - Travel to client sites to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs. Local & overseas.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports, diagrams, and other documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams, such as sales, engineeringteam and supplier to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to improve processes, procedures, and products, and implement changes to enhance service quality and efficiency.
