Job Responsibilities:
- Planning / Assign sub-contractors and manpower for the maintenance work and from project handover
- Supervising & Managing of Sub-contractor to carry maintenance & servicing works
- Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance
- Perform routine check, system back-ups & restoration, troubleshooting and upgrading / improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/DCS/PLC/SCADA System
- Record servicing & maintenance data and generate service report
- Provide Technical / Operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance Site Facility Management
- Others ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge on BMS / PLC / HVAC will be a plus point
- Training provided for those without/lesser experience
