Job Title: Security Systems Service Engineer

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the customer service team to quickly and efficiently resolve customers security system issues.
- Provide support and maintenance services, including routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Manage and renew maintenance contracts as required.
- Ensure service quality by following company standards and policies to deliver prompt and efficient responses to service requests.
- Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until resolution.
- Take over service issues from project teams after external handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Electronics, Computer, Automation, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems. Experience with Lenel, Cisco, or Milestone is advantageous.
- Basic IT knowledge, including hardware, networks, and databases.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, and quick to learn.
- Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be open to work on weekends and standby after office hours.
