Key Responsibilities:
1. PCBA Repair and Failure Analysis
- Responsible for inspection, diagnosis, repair, and functional testing of PCBAs from defective or returned medical devices.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and prepare detailed repair reports, providing recommendations for product improvements and preventive maintenance.
- Manage repair equipment, tools, and spare parts, and maintain a repair case database to support sales, service, and technical teams.
2. Manufacturing Process Documentation Development
- Responsible for preparing manufacturing process documentation, including assembly instructions, testing procedures, packaging guidelines, and equipment operation manuals.
- Optimize production processes by introducing efficient and reliable methods to improve productivity and product quality.
- Ensure all process documents comply with the company's quality management system and conduct training to support implementation on the production floor.
3. Product Assembly, Testing, and Packaging
- Perform product assembly, functional testing, and packaging strictly according to approved manufacturing process documents, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Properly operate and maintain assembly tools, jigs, and production equipment, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Record production and testing data, and conduct preliminary troubleshooting for any abnormalities encountered during manufacturing.
4. Technical Support and Training
- Analyze and resolve technical issues arising during production, and propose effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide technical support and training to after-sales service teams or customers when required.
- Conduct structured pre-job and on-the-job training for employees in assembly, testing, and packaging roles.
Requirements:
- Diploma or technical certificate in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields and above
- Experience in PCBA production, soldering, and repairs
- Familiar with electronic components and circuits
- Ability to proficiently handle a soldering iron
- Responsible, attentive to details, and adaptable to production schedules
- Preferably able to communicate in Mandarin, as coordination with team members in China is a key aspect of the role

一、 电.板(PCBA)维修与分析
1. 负责对故障品、返修品中的电.板(PCBA)进行进行检测、诊断、维修及测试;
2. 分析故障根本原因,提交维修报告,为产品改进和预防性维护提供建议;
3. 管理维修设备、工具、备件,并建立维修案例库,为前端销售和客服提供技术支持。
二、 生产工艺文件制订
1. 负责制订生产工艺流程、产品组装/测试/包装、设备操作规程等相关工艺文件
2. 优化生产工艺流程,引入高效、可靠的操作方法,提升生产效率和产品质量;
3. 确保所有工艺文件符合公司质量体系要求,并负责相关文件的培训与落地执行。
三、 产品组装、测试、包装
1. 严格按照生产工艺文件,完成产品组装,测试、包装确保符合质量标准;
2. 正确使用并日常保养组装工具、治具和设备,保持工作区域的整洁;
3. 记录生产与测试数据,对生产过程中的异常情况进行初步判断与反馈。
四、 技术支持与培训
1. 分析和解决生产过程中出现的各类技术问题,提出有效的纠正与预防措施;
2. 为售后团队或客户提供技术支持及培训;
3. 负责对生产组装、测试和包装岗位的员工进行系统性的岗前和在岗培训。
任职条件:
- 电子技术、机电一体化等相关专业中专或大专学历以上
- 具備PCBA生产、焊接、维修工作经历
- 熟悉电子元器件,了解电子电.
- 熟練地操作电烙铁进行焊接
- 责任心强,工作细致,适应生产工作节奏
- 最好能够使用中文进行沟通,因为与中国团队成员的协调是该职位的重要部分
