As ASIS Technologies approaches its 30th-anniversary brand refresh, we are completely transforming how integrated security systems are maintained and supported. We are stepping away from legacy service models and aggressively pivoting toward mobile ecosystems, cloud infrastructure, and AI integration. We are looking fora technically sharp, modern Service Engineer to join our Singapore headquarters and deliver next-generation support to our enterprise clients.

The Role

This is not a traditional maintenance job. You will operate as an end-to-end Customer Specialist, serving as the definitive technical authority for your assigned accounts. You will bridge the gap between physical hardware and advanced software ecosystems. Instead of relying on outdated manuals and inefficient logging, you will be equipped with our cutting-edge mobile app as your single-point productivity tool, alongside AI-powered technical support systems to diagnose and resolve complex issues instantly.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the complete customer service lifecycle from end to end, taking full ownership of integrated security system health.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve intricate issues spanning both physical hardware (CCTV, controllers, wiring) and software environments (IP networking, cloud integration, server configuration).
  • Utilize our proprietary, cutting-edge mobile application to streamline all on-site workflows, diagnostics, and reporting.
  • Leverage AI-powered technical support tools to accelerate fault isolation and deliver rapid solutions to clients.
  • Participate in a predictable rotational standby roster to provide critical system support and uphold strict service level agreements (SLAs).
  • For senior candidates: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, overseeing complex site operations and driving service excellence.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Engineering Foundation: A solid background in engineering is strictly required, with a strong preference for Electronics Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Industry Expertise: Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting access control systems and CCTV infrastructure is highly advantageous.
  • Modern Mindset: You are highly adaptable, comfortable moving away from legacy processes, and eager to adopt mobile-first workflows and AI diagnostic tools.
  • Leadership (For Senior Position): Proven capability to guide a technical team, manage escalations, and handle high-pressure technical environments.
