Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment (such as genset, excavator etc) to support production and operational requirements
Coordinate tasks and resources across machinery & equipment maintenance team, and logistics & operations team to meet operational goals and deadlines
Oversee and ensure the Operations and Logistics adhere to safety measures during operations
Address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and productivity
As team leader in performing daily task, inclusive of daily reporting.
Requirements
Minimum diploma in maintenance or mechanical engineering
Preferably 2 - 5 years of experiences in excavator, heavy land machinery and equipment field
Knowledge on maintenance of equipment & land machinery will be highly regarded
People oriented and task oriented
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Willingness to travel to various project sites as required (transport allowance provided).
