Responsibilities:
Maintenance
- Tracking of on-going maintenance job status
- Site visit to ensure maintenance quality and safety
- Planning & scheduling of maintenance jobs
- Observations of any equipment fault during maintenance to be highlighted to customers
Troubleshooting
- Attend emergency calls from DC customers during DLP/Contract period
- Assess equipment issues and prepare root cause analysis reports
Repair
- Supervise and coordinate repair works during DLP period
- Managing critical spare parts stock balance for ex-stock provision
- Issuance of warranty claims towards manufacturer/supplier
Sales
- Understanding customer's requirements and meet expectations
- Build strong relationships with customer
- Promote spare parts sales to customers to keep stock for emergency purposes
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Prior experience working in HVACfield is an added advantage
- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
- Service-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and leadership ability
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, capable of interacting with individuals at all level
