Service Engineer

1. Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery/equipment.

2. Conduct routine inspections and ensure all systems operate efficiently and safely.

3. Attend service calls and provide on-site technical support to clients.

4. Diagnose mechanical/electrical faults and recommend corrective actions.

5. Prepare accurate service reports, job sheets, and documentation after each task.

6. Coordinate with the engineering/operations team on follow-up works and spare-partrequirements.

7. Manage and track tools, equipment, and spare parts used during service visits.

8. Provide technical advice to customers and maintain strong client relationships.

9. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

10. Support project teams when required, including testing and commissioning activities.
