Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and customer-focused support for installation, maintenance, and repair of ophthalmic and medical equipment, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support Hospital Information and Medical Imaging Systems to facilitate seamless healthcare operations
• Deliver technical support for installation, repair, and maintenance of ophthalmic and medical products both on-site and in-house to ensure operational reliability
• Conduct preventive maintenance and system upgrades to enhance performance and extend equipment lifecycle
• Manage after-sales customer service by evaluating repair needs, coordinating parts replacement, and maintaining accurate service documentation

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering or higher

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with medical equipment to support technical service delivery
• Possession of Class 3 driving license an advantage
