Overseeing daily business operation for Uniterrputed Power Supply (UPS) Department.
Developing and Implementing growth strategies for the company.
Demonstrate extensive knowledge of substitute components and proficiency in component specifications
Perform and conduct training for preventive maintenance, machine installation, testing, configuration, calibration of units, commissioning and troubleshhoting for UPS, including repair and replacement of hardware mainboards.
Install and Repair APC and other UPS Brand (Component Level Repair).
Create and develop work processes for all services rendered to the clients.
Serve as the main point of contacxt for all technical inquireis from clients regarding UPS.
Deliver trainnig programs to staff to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Supervise both In-house and On-field technical staff.
Monitoring ans scheduling of the day to day technical operations.
Evaluate performance and ensure productivity of all the technical staff.
