Service Engineer

Job Title : Service Engineer (ID3569)
Location : Jurong
Working Hours: Mon -Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Salary up to : $2500-$3000

Job Descriptions :
. Attend site commissioning with customers and contractors.
. Conduct end-user training for Intruder Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
. Inspect and verify installations to ensure compliance with technical and quality requirements.
. Confirm systems meet quotation/work order specifications and prepare commissioning reports.
. Respond to service calls, troubleshoot, and repair system issues on-site.
. Diagnose and test faulty equipment and provide technical support to customers.
. Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers for parts replacement or escalation.
. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
