Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and oversee the operation and maintenance programs for building facilities. Draft contract specifications and manage quotations/tender processes for maintenance and project works. Prepare annual budgets and monitor expenditures related to facilities management. Coordinate and manage contractors for facilities management and maintenance activities at various locations. Liaise with relevant authorities regarding building-related matters.

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building, or Facility Management. Willingness to work on-site at the designated terminal location. Relevant experience in facilities management or related fields.
