Job Overview:
The Service Engineer plays a critical role in managing and executing complex maintenance tasks and troubleshooting for our fire protection systems. This role involves technical expertise and close collaboration with the service team to ensure system functionality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on advanced fire protection equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the service team, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Document and report service activities, system performance, and client feedback.
- Initiate project meeting and work schedules.
- Assist Service Team manager in monitoring and managing the day- to-day operations of project.
- Assist in training junior technicians on system maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and industry standards in field operations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in servicing, commissioning or engineering or related field
- Experience with fire protection system (eg fire alarm panel) will be in advantage
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detailed oriented, multi -tasking and able to handle stress
